Hexagonal wire mesh is a type of angular mesh woven from metal wire. The wire diameter varies depending on the size of the hexagons. For galvanized hexagonal wire mesh, wire diameters typically range from 0.3mm to 2.0mm.
Furthermore, hexagonal wire mesh is available in various weaving methods, such as direct twist, reverse twist, and a combination of both. PVC-coated hexagonal wire mesh, in particular, uses a twisting weaving process to form the hexagons. The wires along the outer frame edge can be designed as single-sided, double-sided, or movable. It undergoes further processing, specifically by covering the mesh roll with a PVC protective layer after heating. Available colors include green, black, yellow, and brown, etc., to extend the mesh's lifespan and enhance its resistance to UV rays and weathering, while also blending into the surrounding natural environment.
Galvanized hexagonal wire mesh is woven from high-quality low-carbon steel wire with a tensile strength of not less than 20kg/m² and a diameter ranging from 0.4mm to 2.0mm. The steel wire surface is protected by electroplating or hot-dip galvanizing. The thickness of the galvanized layer can be customized according to customer requirements, with a maximum galvanizing amount of 300g/m².
Economy is a major advantage of hexagonal wire mesh. It is easy to install and transport, and can be rolled into small rolls and packaged with moisture-proof paper, making it particularly suitable for export. Furthermore, hexagonal wire mesh has strong protective capabilities. Its manufacturing process ensures uniform coating thickness, further enhancing corrosion resistance and extending its service life to 20 years.
