Working principle
The double strand wire is led out from the wire discharge disc and passes through the front wire inlet, enters between the two rollers of the wire feeding mechanism, and then passes through the inner hole of the gear shaft and the winding needle hole. It is then placed under one sliding needle wheel and passes through another sliding needle wheel. After passing through the wire discharge wheel, it is wound around the core shaft of the wire collection disc.
Two strands of barbed wire enter the feeding ports on the left and right sides respectively, enter the middle of the two rollers of the wire feeding device, and thread into the cutting groove of the fixed tool holder. The left low and right high threads are threaded up and down at a 70 ° angle on the strand wire.
To operate, first press the reset button on the electrical control box to display the zero position on the counter, then press the start button to start the motor, and operate the clutch handle to pull the machine to the left to start running.
The strands are fed intermittently through a fixed length wire feeding mechanism, and the eccentricity distance on the eccentric disc can be adjusted according to user needs to achieve the desired prick distance. The prick distance specifications are 50, 80, and 100 (mm) (special specifications can be negotiated), and enter the wire winding head through a flattening device. The sector gear drives the gear shaft to return around the thread head, rotating it counterclockwise to regularly wrap the thread around the flattened strand position. After a full circle, the cam pushes the lever to raise the movable tool holder, cut off the thread, and the winding action ends. The double strand barbed wire is slid down through the sliding gear, and the upper discharge wheel of the barbed wire receives the wire core shaft. The main transmission sprocket drives the wire receiving sprocket to receive the wire in parallel through friction transmission.
The friction wheel adjusting nut is used to adjust the speed of the wire receiving disc. It should be carefully adjusted at the beginning of work to ensure stable wire receiving speed and ensure that the needle pitch meets the specification requirements. Regular attention should be paid during the work process to ensure product quality.
Remove the wire handle by hand and use it to remove the finished product. First, turn the lock lever fork handle to the right, then turn the wire handle to the left to make the bracket support the wire receiving disc upwards, pull out the core shaft of the wire receiving disc, and then turn the wire unloading handle to the left to make the bracket fall, and the wire receiving disc will fall and be taken out.
Installation and debugging
1. Installation
Due to the integrated structure of this machine, it is leveled during installation. Specific requirements: The bed surface of the main machine should be calibrated with a level gauge to ensure that the table surface is in a horizontal state.
The size of the foot hole should be determined based on the specific situation of the factory's foundation, as shown in the installation foot drawing.
2. Debugging
Before debugging, carefully clean the anti rust coating of each component with a cleaning agent, inspect the assembly between each component for looseness, detachment, and other phenomena, and add lubricating oil according to the regulations of the lubrication system.
After turning on the power, press the start button to check if the direction of the motor belt rotation is correct. The motor rotation direction is clockwise and cannot be reversed. After confirming that there are no errors, run the vehicle empty for 10 minutes, then thread in the strand wire and barbed wire, and start working. After running the machine for eight hours, stop and check if there are any loose parts.
Measurement of electrical appliances and finished products
This machine adopts advanced electronic counters and contactless proximity sensors to automatically control quantitative production, and has motor protection and short circuit protection functions.
The specific operation method is: turn on the power supply (three-phase four wire), open the control box, close the air switch, press the start button, and you can start the car. First, try to produce a certain output to obtain the corresponding number of revolutions of the transmission shaft. At this time, the counter is set at the maximum position of 9999, and the corresponding number of revolutions per kilogram (which can be determined by theoretical calculation) can be obtained. You can then set the counter number of revolutions by yourself, At the set speed (i.e. when the output is determined), this function will automatically stop. Then press the reset button, the counter number will display as zero, and then press the start button again to proceed to the next production.
Daily use and maintenance
1. This machine should be carefully debugged and can only be coated with galvanized iron wire after normal operation. The wire specification must comply with the requirements of GB/T343-1994 standard.
2. Check if the tool holder and tool are installed correctly.
3. Electrical contact should be firm to prevent leakage and accidents.
4. Approaching the sensor, do not collide to avoid damage. If the counter displays malfunction, stop the vehicle for inspection.
5. To temporarily stop midway, simply press the stop button. After troubleshooting, press the start button to continue production.
6. After eight hours of operation, the machine should be stopped and checked for any looseness in various parts to avoid damage to the machine.
7. Regularly add oil to each lubricating part, at least 2-3 times per shift.
8. Regularly maintain the machine, clean up waste residue, and maintain cleanliness.
