1. Before working ,machine tool need to be lubricated according to the lubrication requirements to ensure the machine start under normal lubrication situation.
2.Once the machine finished work each day, timely clean dust and rubbish.
3.Change the oil once every six months
4.Must be check the tightness of each drive belt regularly
5.Timely adjust the tightness of screw bolt to keep nail machine precision
6.Electrical equipment should be inspected and kept clean regularly
7.Any nail machine breakdown should be checked immediately.
8.Nail machine should be checked immediately if have any abnormal phenomenon when working
IX.Electrical system
The machine electrical system power supply for 380v, 50HZ three-phase supply (allow voltage 10%, frequency 2%HZ change). The machine power line must have ground wire. The three-phase supply line is connected to the "L1, L2, L3, PE" terminal .
