1)Inspection and operation of material racks
The pay-off machine of this model is automatic pay-off,which matches the operating speed of the main machine,and no idling phenomenonoccurs.
Before turning on the equipment,check whether the rotation direction of the material rack is normal.
A Place qualified wires on the feeding tray to avoid bright and rusty wires.
B The wire of the material rack should not have right-angle bends,joints,etc.,and handle the min time to avoid wire jams and long and short nails.
C Power on,the electrical cabinet material rack mode button switches to "feeding mode",and the unwinding rack can be controlled to rotate.
Note:the'feeding mode' light is on
D Check the rotation direction of the material rack,the forward and reverse switch is inside the electrical cabinet
E The end of the thread passes through the swing bar spring of the material rack into the straightener.
F Check if the defective sensor is normal and the light is normal.
2)Inspection and operation of straightening and adjusting frame
The straightening adjustment frame is mainly straightening wire.
Feeding is the first process of equipment nail making,so the straightening of the wire is very important to the normal use of this model,so the operation of the adjustment frame must be understood and can be operated independently.
Position and fixing of the straightening adjustment frame:The straightening adjustment frame is fixed to the machine by four M10 bolts.
The adjustment frame structure is mainly divided into:Mainbody support,left and right straightening rollers and up and down straightening rollers,left and right straightening rollers are divided into fixed rollers and adjusting rollers(Compression roller,adjustment roller), the up and down straightening roller is also divided into fixed roller and adjustment roller(compressionroller,adjustmentroller)
