Basic Process Flow:
Feeding:The coiled iron wire is placed on the feeding rack.
Straightening:The iron wire passes through a straightening device to remove bending stress.
Wire Feeding:The wire feeding mechanism feeds the iron wire to the weaving station at a set length.
Bending/Shaping:The iron wire is bent into an "S" or "U" shape using a die.
Interlocking Weaving:The currently bent iron wire is interlocked with the previous wire to form a diamond-shaped mesh.
Reeling in:The finished mesh is continuously pulled out and wound into a coil, or cut to a set length.
Raw Materials: Wire diameter range: 1.2 mm - 5.0 mm (common: 1.8 mm, 2.0 mm, 2.5 mm, 3.0 mm)
Raw Material Types: Galvanized iron wire, PVC-coated iron wire, stainless steel wire
Product Specifications: Mesh size: 20×20 mm - 100×100 mm (diagonal size of diamond-shaped holes)
Common: 50×50 mm, 60×60 mm, 80×80 mm
Maximum Weaving Width: 900 mm - 4000 mm (common: 1.8 m, 2.0 m, 2.5 m, 3.0 m)
Production Efficiency: Weaving speed: 40 - 80 m/hour (depending on wire diameter, mesh size, and machine model)
