Nail making process
1) The wire pay-off automatically discharges the material;
2) The straightener straightens the wire;
3) The wire feeding structure reciprocates to feed the wire into the intermittent synchronous belt;
4) The wire is fed into the nail feeding belt, the nail cutter is used to cut the wire in equal lengths, and the wire is then arranged and transported to the nail die position by the nail feeding belt, and then the nail die is clamped and the punch is used to punch synchronously to form the nail cap;
5) The finished nails are output with the synchronous belt;
6) Large factories are directly connected to the automated production.
