Continuous Cold Forging: High pressure is applied to the steel wire at room temperature, completing the upsetting of the nail head and the fixed-length cutting of the nail shank in one pass, avoiding material performance loss caused by heating.
Multi-Station Synchronization: Through a precise transmission system (such as synchronized clamping cams and shearing cams), multiple actions such as wire feeding, clamping, nail head punching, and wire cutting are completed simultaneously. This is key to achieving high-speed and precise production.
Low Noise Design: Compared to older equipment, the new high-speed machine significantly reduces operating noise through optimized structure (such as the use of a roll forming die).
