Working principle
Basic Production Concept
Hexagonal wire mesh netting machine produces hexagonal-shaped wire mesh by continuously twisting and weaving metal wires together in a specific pattern.
The finished mesh has uniform hexagonal openings, high flexibility, and strong structural stability.
Wire Feeding System
Steel wire is fed from wire spools or coils
Wires pass through straightening rollers to ensure smooth feeding
Multiple wire strands are guided into the weaving area under constant tension control
Weaving & Twisting Mechanism
The machine uses a rotary twisting mechanism to twist adjacent wires together
Each intersection is formed by double or triple twisting, creating the characteristic hexagonal pattern
Twisting speed and mesh size are controlled by gears or servo motors, depending on the machine model
Mesh Formation Process
Longitudinal and transverse wires interlock through synchronized twisting
Continuous hexagonal cells are formed row by row
The mesh structure remains stable even if a single wire breaks, due to the twisted joints
Mesh Width & Length Control
Mesh width is controlled by the number of twisting heads and wire feeding positions
Mesh length is automatically measured by a counter or PLC system
Finished mesh is rolled automatically after reaching the preset length
Cutting & Edge Treatment
After reaching the required length, the mesh is:

Rolled into coils or sheets
