Function and relevant manual instructions
1.
This is a novel model featured with combination of PLC and touch-control screen: mechanical functions,
operation instructions and adjustment for controls are all displayed on the screen; it is simple and convenient
for operation, while other structures and mechanism are remain unchanged.
2.
When mainframe motor is on, the screen shall display Page 1, where notes name, address, telephone of our
company, together with model and date of manufacturing. Please touch any party of the screen to turn to Page
2; it is the control panel of the machine. Touch PgDn and switch to Page 3, where is the code input page, and
when the code is correct, it shall automatically prompt to machine setting panel; and in case the code is
incorrect, return to the interface of control panel.

The keys of Help and abovementioned instructions are available for direct calling for you read the relevant
mechanical instructions and instructions for keys or annexed sketches of current page.
4.
When starting the machine, the O/C indicator shall appear; only when the indicator is dimmed out can then run
the machine.
5.
When activating the machine, there is a delay of 20-40 seconds for capacitor to charging in, and then can the
machine run.
6.
When encountering with mechanical trouble or mal-operation, the screen shall display error information for the
convenience of technicians to confer of.
7.
There are also 5 buttons exterior of the machine: Stop, Start, Jog for inching, Push for pushing up main shaft
seat, and Urgent Stop for emergent stop.
8.
The touch-screen of this machine equips with energy saving program together with relevant devices; in case the
machine is kept not in use for a period of time, it shall shut down automatically; and when it is needed for use
again, just touch the screen to wake up.
Precautions, cleaning and maintenance:
1.
There shall be 20-40 seconds delay for capacity charging when starting the machine, and can then operate the
machine.

When it is needed to perform maintenance to this machine, discharge first: just press the button of
CHARGE\DISCHARGE up to the voltmeter indictor returns to zero, and shut up power then will do

When adjust weld power, only to carry out the job when the machine stays at Stop status, lest nail dropping and
mal-welding.
4.
This touch-screen is rather sensitive, please touch lightly, and not to touch with nail tips or knock at it.
5.
When press the key of URGENT STOP, it is a must to run the machine only after the general power is re-clutched
in.

Periodically oil where the filament wheel shaft and semi-dent of coil shaft are.

Inspect and check every day the filament wheel welding position to see if firm when staring the machine, and as a
routine to clean round about the transfer line area.

Keep always clean the head of LED, mention if any folded damage of the light fiber, so as to let the machine run
more smoothly.
11.
This machine shall have periodic care and maintenance, so as to maintain good working efficiency of the machine;
under normal caring and running, the machine shall enjoy a one-year quality guarantee.
