Nail Conveying Belt Check and Replacement

Dec 22, 2025

This machine has 3 types of synchronous belts: the main synchronous belt HTD14-2562, the "feeder" synchronous belt HTD8-736, and the nail feeding synchronous belt 25-AT5-2000.

When replacing the synchronous belt, it is crucial to ensure that the tooth profile of the synchronous belt and the initial drive angle of the drive pulley are consistent with this instruction; otherwise, it will severely affect the nail production quality and may even result in batch scrap.

Replacement Instructions for the 25-AT5-2000 Nail Conveying Synchronous Belt:

1. The installation and debugging standards of the 25-AT5-2000 nail feeding synchronous belt directly affect the normal operation of the machine.

2. Adjust the nail die drive rod and scissor drive rod to the open position.

3. Remove the "wire guide" and "punch assembly," and install the AT5-2000-25 nail conveying synchronous belt (tooth surface mirror image).

4. When tensioning the synchronous belt, it should be taut but not too tight (the synchronous belt will stretch) or too loose (the nail feeding synchronous pulley will skip teeth). Tighten all aluminum roller locking screws.

5. Install the "wire guide," cut the nail tip, and adjust the position of the "nail conveying synchronous belt" (adjust nail feeding synchronous pulleys A and B simultaneously). The nail tip should align perfectly with the slot of the nail conveying synchronous belt when moving forward. Tighten the nail conveying synchronous pulley locking screws.

6. Test run the machine at 50 rpm and check the nail tip. The nail rod must be straight;

7. Trial run at a speed of 50 rpm. Stop when the nail rod reaches the discharge port. Adjust the upper guide rail (aligning it with the front end of the lower guide rail). Press the right-angle block of the upper guide rail downwards (until the nail rod on the guide rail is not loose), and lock the right-angle block.

8. Check and adjust the nail mold, ensuring the nail rod is straight.
