Operation of Electrical Cabinet on High Speed Nail Making Machine
1) Button Instruction
Note:
Before operation, please follow the manual to familiarize yourself with the operation process and complete the start and stop of the equipment.
Here is explain the operation buttons in detail：
Run indication(Alarm): The signal light is on when the power is on
Fault alarm(Run Led): The corresponding sensor buzzes when the conditions are not met
For details, please refer to the attachment (electrical schematic diagram)
Frequency control (Adjust Speed):Adjust the main operating speed of the machine 0-760 pcs/min
Material rack mode(Pay-off):Press once to switch to feeding mode
(Switch to manual mode when feeding, and the material rack will automatically release the wire as needed)
Jog(JOG) :When pressing and only pressing, the main engine runs, and at the same time it is the start button of the oil pump and the work light.
This button can be used in normal production. The hand wheel must be pulled out before operation
Start(RUN):After pressing the button, the self-locking host will run automatically.
This button is used during normal production, and the hand wheel must be pulled out before operation.
Stop(STOP):Press the button to stop the machine, cut off the main power supply, and motor brake brake lock tight
Emergency stop(EMO):It can be pressed when the machine is in emergency or during debugging.
After pressing, the machine is powered off and the main motor brake is activated.
2) Inverter operating instruction
The frequency converter of the machine has been set before leaving the factory, no need to adjust it again.
Inverter protection: see the fault tracking of the inverter for details
Common ones are OL2: overload protection, the machine accelerates too fast.
UV: The power grid voltage is too low, do not start, easy to damage the inverter internal module.
Press the "RST" key in the lower right corner of the frequency converter to remove the fault
