Welding Speed: 3,300 nails/minute. This speed significantly exceeds the speed of the nail material, eliminating the weld leaks and cold welds common with higher-speed welding machines.

Remarkable Features and Advantages
The coil nails are automatically formed and rubber-banded, and the finished product is automatically ejected and pushed onto the finished product platform. This eliminates the manual rubber-banding process, improving the previous model's requirement for manual catch-up of finished coil nails, which would otherwise break or deform. This significantly reduces worker workload and the skill and proficiency required, thereby improving production efficiency.
The improved finished product platform can store approximately 60 finished coil nails, and the direction of output is adjustable.
