Core Structure and Process
Sorting of materials: vibrating disc/step-by-step material sorting, neatly feeding loose nails into the track.
Glue application: Hot melt adhesive/cold glue, stick nails in a row.
Roll forming: The winding head rolls nails onto a paper/plastic tube, with a predetermined number of 200-350 nails per roll.
Tail sealing and cutting: tape sealing, automatic cutting, finished product output.
Control: PLC+touch screen, automatic counting, shortage alarm, fault self check.
Feeding system: The vibrating disc arranges the loose nails in order and sends them to the welding station through the track.
Forming welding system: Precisely weld/bond the arranged nails with two copper plated iron wires or tape to form a neat row of nails.
Winding counting system: After immersing continuous rows of nails in oil for rust prevention, they are automatically cut and rolled into a disc shape according to the set quantity (such as 30 pieces/roll).
Control system: Modern equipment commonly uses PLC and touch screen, which can accurately control parameters such as welding time and cutting length, and automatically stop and alarm in case of missing nails or faults
