Wire Feeding and Straightening Mechanism (Front End): Multiple straightening rollers straighten the coiled wire, eliminating bending and deformation to ensure the nail shank is straight.

Feeding Mechanism: Rollers precisely push the wire; nail length is controlled by adjusting the stroke.

Main Body and Flywheel Assembly (Large Wheel on Right Side of the Machine): The flywheel stores impact energy and is the core of the equipment; the clutch controls power start/stop.

Forming Working Area (Middle): Includes nail die, punch head, nail cutter, and sharpening module, completing nail head upsetting, cutting, and nail tip forming in one operation.

Drive Motor and Electrical Control Box: Provides power and is equipped with a start/stop switch; newer models can be equipped with a frequency converter for speed regulation.

Coiled wire → Straightening → Quantitative feeding → Wire clamping → Punch cold upsetting nail head → Cutter cutting nail shank → Die extrusion forming nail tip → Finished nail falls into the discharge box.

The entire process is completed in an instant, producing 200-500 nails per minute.

Wire Diameter: 1.2-5.5mm; Nail Length: 16-180mm (1-6 inch commonly used construction nails);
Production Efficiency: 220-500 nails/minute, higher output for larger machine models;

Raw Materials: Ordinary low-carbon iron wire (Q195 coiled steel wire); Can also produce steel nails and cement nails by changing the mold;
