The installation and debugging of the machine require professional operation. After the installation and debugging are completed, a test run should be conducted. Before the test run, the following preparations should be made:
1. Install the protective cover in place.
2. Clear away foreign objects from the machine tool.
3. To prevent rust, the sliding surfaces of the machine tool and some metal parts have been coated with a layer of anti-rust oil. During transportation, soil, dust, gravel, and dirt are likely to penetrate the anti-rust coating, so it is necessary to perform some cleaning before starting the machine.
4. Inspection:
· Whether the various components of the machine tool are damaged
· Are there any missing parts or accessories
· Check whether all parts of the machine tool are properly lubricated
5. Test run: After the machine tool is installed and the preparations for the aforementioned test run are completed, it is essential to conduct the test run with utmost caution. The test run should commence with a low-speed operation for approximately 1 hour, gradually increasing the speed. During the acceleration process, use a hammer to adjust the shock-absorbing foot pads to ensure the machine achieves a stable operating state. Heavy loads should not be applied during the entire test run period.
