1.The 8010 staple punch press machine is the process of manufacturing finished products on the production line. The accuracy of the machine itself directly affects the quality of the finished products, and the operation and adjustment of the mold is the key to the output of the finished product and the life of the machine. Therefore, every operator or technician should have expertise in this area, or after a certain period of training and familiarization, before you can fully operate independently. After personal familiarization, you can also operate a machine (including mold replacement) or a dedicated person responsible for the molds of multiple machines.

 

2.This machine realizes electromechanical integration, and the entire production process is automated. It produces automatically at a speed of 60 to 90 strokes per minute. The machine will automatically stop working when there is a failure or other problem, and it can be automatically produced again after the problem is eliminated.

 

3.The Brad Nails Making Punching Machine itself is equipped with manual operation and semi-automatic operation to facilitate the adjustment of the mold and check whether the feeding and pushing are appropriate. The main machine is usually equipped with a mold when it leaves the factory (unless the customer requires otherwise), and the cutter can be used universally, because each set of molds are composed of three parts: clamping block, raiser block and cutter. The clamping block and the cutter are the same, and the raiser block is different due to different product specifications.

 

4.The mold is installed in the mold base, and the mold can be easily removed from the machine, and it can be easily measured whether the mold meets the staple making requirements. When it is deemed to meet the requirements, the mold can be installed on the machine for testing. Firstly, use manual operation to test. Secondly, if the produced product is qualified, you can use semi-automatic retry several times. When it is deemed that there is no problem, you can use automatic continuous production mode. Otherwise, you should re-adjust the position of the mold or each sensor. The main machine is equipped with 5 sensors, the upper limit of the pressure cylinder sensor X2, the lower limit of the pressure cylinder sensor X5, staple pushing limit sensor X10, material feed in place sensor X4, automatic stop without material sensor X7. The pressure cylinder rising limit sensor X2 is used to adjust the rising distance of the mold, this distance only needs to allow the push rod to pass. The lower limit sensor X5 of the pressure cylinder is used to control the cutting and forming of the wire band in place. When the light of the staple pushing limit sensor X10 is off,the cylinder return. When there is no wire band on the feeder, the light of sensor X7 will not light up and the machine will stop work. After all the sensors are adjusted, there is no need to re-adjust.

 

5. Hydraulic pressure adjustment, the pressure is generally adjusted to 5-8MPa, but when the material hardness is different, it should be re-adjusted. If the material is harder, the pressure should be increased, and if it is softer, the pressure should be decreased. This should be determined according to whether the trial-produced product is qualified. The above adjustment process must pay attention to: there must be materials in the mold to adjust, otherwise the mold or the machine parts will be damaged. When adjusting the pressure, you should first loosen and then tighten slowly, that is, increase the pressure from low to high little by little until it is suitable. Tighten the nut on the overflow valve when the pressure is ok. Once all the adjustments are done, there is no need to frequently adjust them, and the machine can automatically and continuously produce. The machine will automatically stop running when it encounters a problem, such as mold damage, pusher failure, insufficient feeding, or running out of materials, etc., it will automatically stop, almost no one needs to supervise it.
