① The die slide block should be oiled every shift;

② The lubrication oil in the pneumatic triplet oil cup should be replenished every shift, and the water in the water cup should be drained every shift;

③ The screws for fixing the oil cylinder should be checked and reinforced frequently within the first few weeks after the new machine is used.;

④ The reversing valves and overflow valves should be cleaned frequently in the initial stage of using a new machine;

⑤ If there is leakage in the oil pipe, re-tighten or replace the O-ring;

⑥ The water system of the cooler should be turned on before production every day, the water system should be turned off and the power switch should be turned off after getting off work, and the production site should be cleaned.

The electrical appliance is the brain of the machine. It directs all the work of the machine. Whether it is normal or not directly affects the running of the machine. Therefore, you should always check whether the cables are firm, whether the contact is good, whether the small relay is loose, whether the contact is burned, and if the response is not sensitive, replace it immediately. The ventilation in the control electric box should be good, especially when the temperature is high, a small ventilating fan should be turned on to make the computer have good heat dissipation. Because this machine is controlled by a PLC computer, the maintenance is also very easy. The working program has been compiled before leaving the factory. There is no need to modify it, and it is not easy to damage. If other external equipment is faulty, the computer will directly indicate it, and the electrician can immediately resume production by troubleshooting the fault according to the instructions.
