Transport And Installation
Please check whether the Stationary Staple Packaging Machine is in normal condition and perfect status. At the same time, check whether the components of the machine are complete according to Packing List. If any component defect is found, please contact our company.
Machine transport:
Use hemp rope only, the use of chains or wire ropes should be avoided. The ropes should pass through the various protruding parts of the machine. The contact surface of all machines must be protected by rubber, sponge and other elastic objects.
Machine installation:
This Stationary Staple Packaging Machine belongs to outer-packaged equipment and can be installed in a clean room with good ventilation and adequate lighting.
1.5m wide working space should be left around the machine for ease of operation and maintenance.
380V-50HZ three-phase AC power supply, and reliable grounding.
The machine must be installed on a relatively flat surface. After the machine is installed, use a spirit level to check if the machine is level. If uneven, it can be adjusted by the four feet of the machine.
When the machine is installed, check carefully whether the parts of the machine are loose. If so, it should be quickly eliminated. To prevent rust, the machine is covered with grease before shipping and packaging, so please remove excess grease from the machine surface before starting the machine. When removing, apply cotton cloth and alcohol. After removing, relubricate each lubrication point.
