The term Staple Box Packaging Machine generally refers to machinery used for two distinct processes:
1.Staple Pin Packaging: Automated machinery used to count, stack, and insert finished staple strips (pins) into their small paper or plastic dispensing boxes.
2.Carton Closing/Sealing: Machinery that uses large staples to seal the flaps of corrugated cardboard shipping boxes (cartons) that contain products.
Staple Pin Packaging (Product Packaging)
This is the final stage of the staple manufacturing line, where the product (staple strips) is prepared for retail:
- Function: It takes the long, formed, and glued staple strips and cuts them to the required length (e.g., 50 or 100 pins), then automatically stacks and inserts them into the final small boxes.
- Automation: These are often integrated with the staple-forming machine. They use PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) microcomputer systems for counting and precise placement.
- Output: Modern systems can achieve high speeds, often reaching 12 to 18 boxes per minute.
