Leveling Component: Straightens and aligns multiple metal wires, ensuring neat arrangement before gluing. Employs an upper and lower roller structure with multiple grooves on the rollers.

Glue Application Mechanism (Type A/Type B): Applyes glue to the arranged metal wires, bonding multiple wires together. Uses a funnel and wire guide plate structure, spreading the glue evenly through a sponge.

Drying Mechanism: Quickly dries the glue, ensuring strong adhesion. Early models used quartz infrared heating tubes; modern improved models use a hot air circulation system for more even drying.

Traction Mechanism: Provides power to the entire production line, pulling the wires continuously. A motor-driven pressure roller winds the finished wire onto a spool.

Preheating Function: A preheating mechanism is added after leveling and before gluing to prevent the wires from rolling when entering the glue mold, improving bonding quality and reducing issues like glue separation and edge chipping.

Glue Application Optimization: Uses a sponge to apply glue instead of traditional methods, resulting in more even application. The contact pressure between the sponge and the wire is adjusted via a screw to accommodate different specifications.

High-efficiency drying: Utilizing a hot air circulation system, the metal wire is dried simultaneously from the top, bottom, and sides, improving uniformity and efficiency.

Glue removal and cleaning: A new glue removal component automatically scrapes off excess glue from the outer wall of the metal wire after glue application and bonding, ensuring finished product quality and maintaining equipment cleanliness
