1. Alloy Welded Column Head
The column head is made of chrome-copper alloy, making it more durable and resistant to high temperatures.
2. Variable Frequency Control Box
The control system uses a PLC digital programming control system, ensuring high precision and accuracy.
3. Automatic Circulating Mesh Pulling
The mesh pulling is controlled by a servo motor, automatically and precisely pulling the mesh in a cyclical manner.
4. Automatic Weft Wire Feeding
The weft wire feeding uses a new type of large rotary electric funnel with a stepper motor for precise feeding and accurate placement.
Advantages & Remarks
1. Horizontal and vertical wires need to be pre-straightened and cut (straightening machine can be provided too);
2. The main frame is welded from thicker steel plates and structural steel, making the main structure more robust and compact;
3. The welding machine's electric motor uses synchronous control technology. Welding and welding time are controlled separately by a digital programming system, resulting in high integration and a low failure rate;
4. The CNC program is independently developed.
