Production Procedure of Umbrella Nails
Confirming width of steel strip according to cap size --> making nail cap --> polishing nail cap in nail polishing machine (to smoothen the edge of nail cap) --> put polished nail cap in the vibration bowl --> nail cap conveying and wire punched to product roofing nails on WZ94-4C --> galvanizing the roofing nails --> drying the nails -> finished roofing nail products.
Introduction of Umbrella Head Nail Making Machine
1.The new generation of WZ94-4C is a high efficient low noise with super performance automatic nail making machine, it is mainly used for manufacturing steel nails between the length of 50mm to 100mm (2"- 4") and diameter of Ф2.8-4.5mm; and after some reformation, the machine is also able to manufacture other steel nails with special specifications, such as double-cap nail, V-nail, corrugated plate nail, U-nail, gun nail and others. The manufactured nails can be extensively used in industry, building, repairing and etc.
2.This machine is single head, horizontal and special nail making machine, the upgraded one from type A.The equipment is featured with fine appearance with smooth lines and more reasonable in structure.The adjustment of central gliding block for clearance is through cuneal iron, which makes easier the maintenance and raises the working precision of whole machine; the lubricating system is of automatic oiling system, which makes the job more stable and reliable, especially lowers the noise (a fall of 10 dB)that greatly better the working condition, and which also restricted the restriction in length for nail making the max nail making length extends to 100mm, and thus effectively decrease the investment. The procedures for nail making are totally automatic, once the machine is started, can it makes high quality steel nails continuously.
