Africa Roofing Nail Caps Making Machine
The press adopts crank and pitman mechanism to work.
The rigid construction compels the slideblock move down and up. The number of ram stroke per minute and pressure curve of slideblock are constant.
The press is an universal press which is suitable for cutting, punching, blanking, bending and shallow drawing , etc. But it isn't suitable for squeezing forming.The press frame can be inclined to let finished products or scrapes slide down from die set. When it is equipped with automatic feeder, the press can be operated semi-automatically. The nominal force of press occurs in the opsition 4mm ahead of the bottom dead point.
In order to assure the precision of products and extend the longivity of die set and machine, the max. technical force should not exceed 75% nominal force. When technical shaping amount is more than 5mm , the press force will less than nominal force. The machine should be operated according to the pressure curve. Working pressure should be within the curve range.
