Choose according to the load-bearing capacity. Generally, M8 or M10 rods are used for hangers, and M12 for heavier equipment.
For outdoor, humid environments, chemical plants, or food processing equipment:
A2-70 (304) stainless steel threaded rods. Meets most corrosion resistance requirements.
Higher requirements: If the environment contains seawater or highly corrosive chemicals, choose A4-70 (316) stainless steel threaded rods.

Performance Grade 10.9/12.9 | Tensile Strength (approx.) 1000-1200 MPa | Characteristics and Typical Applications: High strength, used in heavy equipment and critical structural components with stringent strength requirements.
DIN 976-1 explicitly permits finer pitch threads (fine-pitch threads), such as M8x1, M10x1.25, and M12x1.5, for applications requiring better anti-loosening or fine-tuning.
