How to Adjust Wire Feed Guide

Wire Feed Guide Adjustment Method for High Speed Nail Making Machine

The wire feed guide primarily serves to guide the wire, ensuring it is correctly fed into the timing belt and does not damage it.

The tension of the wire feed guide needs to be adjusted appropriately. This ensures that the wire passes through without any wobbling or gaps, but still exits smoothly. An overly tight wire feed guide can cause long nails and wire blockages. Simultaneously, the adjusted wire feed guide must align the wire with the timing belt hole (the center of the timing belt tooth groove directly behind the nail cutter).

1. Adjust the tightness of the inlet guide: Loosen "Fastening Bolt 3", adjust "Tightening Bolt 4", and tighten "Fastening Bolt 3" after adjustment (the wire should not be too loose or too tight when passing through the inlet guide).

2. Adjust the left-right position of the inlet guide: Loosen "Fastening Bolt 1", slide the inlet base adjustment plate inward and outward to adjust the left-right direction of the inlet guide, and tighten "Fastening Bolt 1" with the wire passing through the "Wire Feed (Retract) Clip" as the center position.

3. Adjust the up-down position of the inlet guide: Loosen "Fastening Bolt 2", slide "Inlet Guide 1" up and down, and tighten the "Inlet Guide Pressure Plate" with the wire passing through the "Wire Feed (Retract) Clip" as the center position.

4. When changing the wire diameter, the left-right position of the inlet guide needs to be adjusted appropriately.
