By 2022, China's annual stock nail production will exceed 12 billion pieces, with over 60% destined for export. The industry adheres to the QB/T 1563-2018 "Stock Nails for Pneumatic Nail Guns," which sets 16 technical specifications for nail hardness, coating thickness, and corrosion resistance. Industry sampling tests in 2019 showed that leading brands achieved tensile strengths of 550-600 MPa and salt spray test durations exceeding 72 hours.
