Introduction

Its core function is that when the corrugated nail penetrates the substrate such as corrugated board or cardboard box, the wide head can evenly distribute the pressure of the nail on the surface of the substrate, preventing damage caused by excessive local pressure. Primarily formed through medium-pressure stamping (pressure typically between 50-150 tons), ensuring high dimensional accuracy, uniform thickness, and burr-free edges.
Surface Treatment:
Commonly galvanized (electroplated or hot-dip galvanized) to enhance rust resistance and durability, adapting to harsh outdoor environments.
