2 Tons Nail Polishing Machine

The equipment adopts a horizontal hexagonal drum structure. A reducer drives the drum to rotate at a low and uniform speed (25–35 r/min). The drum is filled with iron nails and abrasive (river sand, steel shot, bamboo strips, etc., low-cost media). Through the mutual tumbling friction and slight impact between the workpiece and the abrasive, rust and oil stains are removed, and edges and burrs are simultaneously ground. The bottom has a built-in screening bin; after processing, the material is directly flipped over for discharge, automatically separating the nails from the abrasive, eliminating the need for manual sorting.
