The 1000kg Wire Nail Washing Polishing Machine, also known as a hexagonal drum polisher, electric polishing machine, drum grinding and rust removal machine, stainless steel deburring machine, hardware surface treatment polishing machine, or degreasing and rust removal machine, is a highly efficient polishing machine primarily suitable for deburring, rust removal, foot rounding, and bright polishing of metal and non-metallic parts.
This machine eliminates the traditional multiple processes of shelling, pickling, rinsing, plastering, and drying, shortening production cycles and significantly improving efficiency. It is another convenient tool from our company.
1. Utilizing the centrifugal motion principle, rust removal, polishing, and deburring are performed quickly. Using a 40.17 ratio cylindrical gear reducer, the drum operates at a speed of 35-40 rpm, allowing the machine to complete the job in just half an hour. This improves efficiency by 6-10 times, saving time, labor, and effort.
2. Abrasives are primarily river sand and steel grit, which are readily available and low-cost.
3. Advantages: No pickling, dry rust removal, polishing, automatic screening, and single-stage sieving are required. The drum is free of impurities, except for small metal pieces.
4. It is particularly suitable for surface finishing of easily deformable workpieces. Parts finished with this grinder not only maintain their original geometric accuracy but also improve their surface roughness by 1-2 grades.
5. It is particularly effective for grinding batches of parts and medium or large-sized parts.
6. It offers low noise levels and easy operation.
7. The drum is rubber-lined for acid and alkali resistance, wear resistance, and workpiece impact protection, making it suitable for copper, iron, thin-walled parts, and stainless steel.
8. The drum is unlined, making it suitable for non-deformable materials such as steel balls and steel products, as it enhances cutting force and achieves greater results.
9. This is the simplest and most convenient model in the grinder series, making it suitable for processing applications.
10. Capacity ranges from 100L to 1000L, and can be customized upon request.
Notes
The volume of the mixture in the drum should not exceed 2/3 of the drum's capacity. Leave approximately 1/3 of the drum's capacity to allow for sufficient space for turning and friction.
