Wide application: Mainly used for producing various industrial and construction nails such as ordinary round nails, concrete nails, and floor nails.
Wire Feeding and Straightening: The steel wire from the feeder is drawn into the straightening mechanism by the wire feeding device and straightened by rollers.
Cold Forging (Critical): The straightened steel wire is clamped, and the main punch and die move relative to each other from both ends, instantly forging the wire head into a nail head within the die. The entire process is "cold forging," which is metal plastic forming at room temperature without any heating step.
Tip Cutting and Blanking: The formed nail moves to the cutting station, where the cutter cuts the steel wire at an angle, using shearing force to form the nail tip. Simultaneously, the finished product falls into the collection box.
