After-sales service
According to the customer's requirements, engineers will be sent to conduct on-site installation and debugging, carry out trial production with supplied materials, and adjust equipment parameters until qualified iron nails are produced;
Before the actual installation,we will communicate with the customer to understand the installation needs and requirements;
Free operation training to teach operators how to start and stop the machine, adjust parameters, change molds, and perform simple cleaning; training on quality inspection standards to distinguish between defective products such as bent nails, off-center caps, and pinched nails;
The entire machine is provided with a one-year warranty, during which free replacement of parts damaged by non-human factors is guaranteed; other consumable parts are subject to separate agreements;
