Working Principle
Office Staple Punch Press Machine is designed to form office staples which are used for paper or thin materials through a mechanical pressing process.
The machine feeds wire band into a forming die. When the press mechanism is activated (manually, pneumatically, or electrically, depending on the model), the wire is cut to length, bent into certain shape, and driven through the stacked sheets. The staple legs are then clinched (bent inward or outward) against the anvil to securely fasten the materials together.
This process ensures consistent staple shape, uniform penetration depth, and strong binding quality. High-precision guides and molds help maintain alignment and stability during continuous operation.
