Working Principle
Office Staple Making Machine is designed to manufacture office staples from round or flat steel wire through a continuous automatic process.
The machine feeds wire from a coil into a straightening unit, where the wire is precisely aligned. It then passes through a forming mold, where the wire is cut to the required length and bent into a U-shaped staple. Depending on the model, the formed staples are either collected in loose form or automatically glued and assembled into staple strips.
The entire process is driven by a mechanical transmission system or servo motor, ensuring stable speed, accurate cutting length, and uniform staple shape. High-precision molds and guides guarantee consistent product quality during continuous production.
