Staple Guling Combining Machine

This machine is often quite long ($15\text{--}25\text{ meters}$) because the glue requires time and heat to cure as the wires move at high speeds.

Multi-Spool Pay-off: Up to 100 or 210 spools of wire (copper or galvanized) are fed into the machine simultaneously.

The "S-Traction" Device: Large wheels pull the wires in an "S" shape. This keeps the tension perfectly even so that no single wire "loops" or sags during the gluing process.

Three-Stage Gluing: The wires pass through glue baths or rollers three times. This ensures the adhesive penetrates the gaps between the wires for a strong bond.

Induction or Hot Air Baking: The wet "wire band" passes through a series of heating ovens.

Induction: Used for standard steel; it heats the metal directly.

Hot Air: Used for Stainless Steel or Copper to prevent surface discoloration.

Take-up Reel: The finished, dried ribbon is wound onto a large "Wire Band" spool, ready to be fed into the 24/6 or 10J forming machine.

Because this machine uses adhesive and heat, it requires specific care:

Glue Roller Cleaning: If the glue dries on the rollers, it creates "lumps" that will cause the final staples to jam in a stapler.

Temperature Calibration: If the oven is too cold, the staples will fall apart into individual wires. If too hot, the glue becomes brittle and the staple strip will snap.

Wire Alignment Guides: The nylon or steel rollers must be checked weekly for wear to ensure the band stays perfectly flat and $100\%$ straight.
