1. Material and Craftsmanship
Concrete nails are made of 45#/60# high-carbon steel, processed through wire drawing, annealing, nail making, and quenching hardening, achieving a hardness of HRC50 or higher, far exceeding that of ordinary iron nails. They are hard yet tough, resistant to bending and breakage.

 

2. Core Structural Features
Concrete nails have a short, thick shaft with a diamond-tipped tip for exceptional penetrating power; the thickened head resists hammering and is less prone to chipping.
