Wire Preparation (The Input)

Wire Drawing Machine: Converts raw steel rod into the precise diameter needed (e.g., $2.0\text{mm}$ to $3.5\text{mm}$). High-speed lines require "Water Tank" type drawing machines for smoother finishes.

Active Wire Pay-off: Unlike traditional passive coils, an active pay-off uses a motor to de-coil wire at a speed synchronized with the nail maker to prevent wire snapping or "stuttering."

2. The Core: Super High-Speed Nail Maker

Model: Typically the FFI-SH-003 or SH-002 Plus.

Technology: Rotary Forming. Instead of the traditional "hammering" (which caps at ~500 pcs/min), these use a rotating die system where cutting and heading happen in one fluid motion.

Investment & Maintenance Tips

!IMPORTANT] Tooling Lifespan: In high-speed rotary machines, the Grip Dies and Punches are subjected to high heat. Ensure your supplier provides "Tungsten Carbide" inserts. Standard steel tools will wear out in days at 1,650 pcs/min; high-end inserts should last 3-5 months.

Cooling: Ensure your machine has the Integrated Blower System or optional Air Conditioner for the electrical cabinet, especially if operating in tropical climates.

Lubrication: These machines require an Automatic Centralized Lubrication System. Manual oiling is insufficient for the RPMs required for 1,600+ speeds.
