Nail Manufacturing Process
1. Wire is laid out on the wire payoff;
2. The wire straightener make the wire straightened;
3. The wire feed box engages the wire and feeds it into the intermittently moving synchronous belt on the panel;
4. The cutter drive rod cuts the wire, and the nail feeding synchronous belt precisely transmits the nail rod to the nail die assembly;
5. The nail die assembly moves up and down to clamp the nail rod, and the punch assembly punches the nail rod, pressing the front end of the nail rod into a nail head;
6. The finished nail is output with the synchronous belt.
