• When installing the machine after changing the die, ensure the hole in the main die is centered on the alloy of the punch and locked.
• When adjusting the timing belt, move the central guide post to the frontmost position (because the timing belt is stopped at this point).
• Adjust the timing belt auxiliary shaft pulley until the die hole aligns with the belt hole (after adjustment, run the machine a few times to check for misalignment).
• Once the above steps are correct, adjust the wire feed nozzle. The wire feed nozzle can be adjusted according to the wire diameter. The center hole of the feed nozzle should be in the belt hole 360 mm away from the hole in the main die. Slowly adjust until the wire is inserted into the belt without deviation.
• Adjust the shears based on the position of the wire feed nozzle. The shears can be moved left, right, up, and down until the die tip is aligned.
• The fork between the shears and the belt must be properly installed. The method is to adjust the die tip, feed the wire into the belt, and then... The blade clamps the wire to prevent it from moving. Then, place the pull fork onto the nail shank and lock it.
• When changing only the nail die without replacing the belt, simply align the nail die hole and the belt hole. As long as the nail head is on the punch alloy, you can adjust it left or right as needed.
• If the nails clamped by the two dies are bent:
① Left or right deviation indicates the nail die and timing belt are not aligned.
The adjustment method is to adjust the nail die holder left or right.
② Up or down deviation indicates the nail die is not centered. The adjustment method is:
If the nail is bent upwards, adjust both dies upwards as a whole; if it is bent downwards, adjust them downwards as a whole, until the nail shank is no longer bent, then lock the adjusting screw.
