High Speed Duplex Nail Making Machine
Duplex nails (also known as double-ended nails or temporary nails) are designed for temporary fixation, easy disassembly, and reusability, emphasizing "fixed without damage, and usable after disassembly."
Duplex nail working principle:
Lower cap (fastening cap): Driven into the wood, securing the workpiece.
Upper cap (removing cap): Extends outwards; when removing the nail, the tool is positioned between the two caps for easy removal without bending the nail or damaging the material.
Material: Primarily galvanized iron wire, rust-resistant, high-strength, and reusable.
