Introduction of glue steel fiber
This product is made of cold-drawn high-tensile low-carbon steel wire, cut into fixed length with double hooked ends, then bonded into neat strips by eco-friendly water-soluble adhesive. The glue dissolves automatically during concrete mixing to release single fibers evenly without clumping.
Raw Material & Manufacturing Process
Raw material: Low carbon steel wire (SAE1008 / Q195), cold drawn to boost tensile strength
Production processing: Wire drawing → Wre feeding frame & spools → Wire straightener → Gluing line → Electromagnetic dryer → Fan cooler → Rotary cutting machine
Glue feature: Fully water-soluble, no residue, no negative impact on concrete strength
